Efit Appeal, Burglary, Leeds | West Yorkshire Police

Police in Leeds have released an Efit of a man they would like to trace following a burglary last week.

It occurred on Wednesday January 3 around 9am, when the suspect has approached a property off Lovell Park Road and told the elderly resident that he was there to repair a broken window, after it was damaged in a previous burglary.

The victim, a woman in her 80’s allowed the suspect to enter believing he was there to assist. The suspect then distracted the victim before removing items from the address.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 24 -30 years old, around 5”11” and of slim build. He had short brown hair that was curly on top.

Anyone who can identify the person in the Efit, or who has any information should contact PC Bainbridge at Leeds District Crime Team via 101 quoting 13180003515. Information can also be passed to Crimestoppers anonymously and in confidence on 0800 555 111.
