Robbery suspect charged after Bluewater staff member reports phone stolen during alleged assault

A suspected robber was due in court after reports a mobile phone from stolen from a shop at Bluewater.

Police were called to investigate after a member of staff at the Greenhithe shopping centre reported being assaulted last Saturday (November 25).

A man was arrested on Thursday in relation to the incident.

Muraad Musse, of Tilson Gardens, Brixton, has since been charged with robbery.

The 23-year-old was remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
